Volunteer Spotlight

I am a volunteer and client mentor in the EWYL (Earn While You Learn) program at Whatcom County Pregnancy Clinic.  I know that God has given me a heart for encouraging, educating, and empowering the women and men that seek the services offered at the clinic.  I find joy in my weekly client meetings and even the brief encounters with those that enter the clinic during my shift each week. I see practical needs met each week through the free pregnancy and STI testing that the clinic offers, and by the ability to supply our clients with the essential baby supplies they need in our EWYL shop.   The attitude of the staff and volunteers is to be the hands and feet of Jesus to each person we interact with in the work that the clinic offers.  I am truly honored to be part of this organization. ”
