Many hands make light work and the Response Teams ministry is no exception. It takes a diverse group of people with a diverse set of skills, knowledge, and wisdom to make things happen. Project Coordinator

Have you managed large-scale projects before with lots of moving pieces? Are you able to look at a project and outline it into delegatable tasks with clarity?  Project Coordinators are the logistical, relational, and spiritual leaders of our projects. They are the ones who outline what a project is, what it takes to accomplish it, and then get all the right people informed and connected to it. This role is best suited for someone with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and experience leading teams.

Recruiting Specialist

Do you enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories? Do you want to connect people to serving opportunities they’ll enjoy? The recruiting specialist is a highly relational role focused on connecting people to serving opportunities so that they can be the tangible hands and feet of Jesus to our community. This role is best suited for someone who loves including others and creating new friendships

Trade Specialist

Do you have a particular set of skills that makes you an expert in a particular trade? Trade specialists are pros in a focused area such as painting, landscaping, gardening, some type of construction, etc. Whether you have an extended history as a tradesman/handyperson or you work currently as a professional in some capacity we’d love to get you involved. 

Project Lead

Have you been in charge of a team or group project? Are you able to problem-solve while also serving alongside others with compassion? Project Leads have a knack for getting things done while also building relationships with others and pointing out Jesus amidst the work. This role is best suited for someone able to balance and delegate a task list while also cultivating relational connections with others.

Registrar

Are you detail-oriented or administratively gifted? Do you like working behind the scenes to help make things happen? Registrars are focused support roles that help ensure waivers are completed, supplies is curated, and food is provided. This role is best suited for someone with an administrative background who knows how to communicate well and values supporting others.

Volunteer
