Shoe Drive

CTK has partnered with Blue Skies for Children for the last 7 years. We love the way they raise the hope and self-esteem of hundreds of local kids living in poverty, homelessness or foster care. They have chosen three essential items kids need that also help them express their own sense of style and personality-backpacks, coats and shoes. Other Whatcom County businesses and partners are running drives for backpacks and coats, so CTK has set a goal to donate 100 pairs of new kids shoes (sizes 11-4) by Sept 18. We want to get cool, comfy, quality shoes that kids will be proud to wear! If you aren't sure what's cool, take a kid in your life with you to shop OR use the Blue Skies Amazon wishlist which ships them directly to their office. A bin will also be in the commons at CTK to collect your donations!
