We honor the work of Lydia Place with families in all different circumstances that lead to them losing their housing.  Their innovative work covers a full spectrum of services and advocacy for systemic change.  This tour will include their original site as well as their brand new facility which includes a much-needed childcare center for the families who live at Heart House.
